Rehydrating Your Products
Most products just need water and a little time. Use the chart below as a starting guide.
1.Measure
Use equal parts product and warm water to start.
2.Soak
Let it rest — vegetables 15–20 min, fruits 5–10 min.
3.Drain & Use
Drain any excess water and add straight to your dish.
