Join Our Friendly Team as a Food Packaging Specialist and Warehouse Specialist

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our team as Food Packaging Specialists and Warehouse Specialists - essential roles in delivering high-quality, shelf-stable food to our customers.
As a member of our team, you'll work in a clean, organized environment with a focus on accuracy, quality and teamwork. We provide thorough training to prepare you for this role. Your efforts will directly support our mission to make healthy, delicious food accessible to all.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Is at least 16 years old (Preferably 18 with a High School Diploma)
- Can read and follow directions in English
- Communicates clearly and works well with others
- Has basic computer skills
- Values teamwork and cooperation
- Can lift 49 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Is able to stand or walk for 8-10 hours and climb stairs to a secure platform
- Pays attention to detail and quality
- Labels and ships accurately
- Stays organized and efficient
Duties
On a typical day, you'll:
- Pull and ship orders
- Print labels
- Label products accurately with high attention-to-detail
- Work in our clean room periodically to fill, seal and label food packages - including Zips, Jars, Jugs, Bulk Boxes and Soup Mixes
- Follow a daily Priority List, aiming for 100% accuracy while keeping a strong, steady pace
- Inspect each item for quality and consistency before it's shelved
- Help assemble product packs on an assembly line
- Keep your workspace clean and organized, meeting all FDA and FMP standards
- Participate in regular cleaning and closing routines
- Tackle additional tasks as needed and assigned by the owner or manager - every day brings something a little different!
