Step 1. 

Select a variety of dehydrated vegetables to use in your powdered vegetable stock. Onions, celery, carrots, and peas are some of the most popular powdered vegetable broth ingredients, but you can use your imagination here. Add in any veggies you love!

Step 2. 

Mix all ingredients together and pulverize them to a powder using a blender, food processor, coffee grinder, or spice grinder. 

Step 3. 

Season to your taste and dietary needs. Add salt, if you wish, and a blend of your own favorite dried herbs and spices to the powdered vegetables. A few favorites include black pepper, basil, thyme, paprika, nutritional yeast, celery seed, and marjoram. 

Step 4. 

Store your vegetable powder in an airtight container in a dark, cool, dry place. If stored correctly, your vegetable broth powder will keep for months without refrigeration.
