Description

Our jar size contains a full quart (4 cups) of succulent chopped mushrooms!  This is the same product as our Fancy Sliced Mushrooms, but with more small bits and pieces instead of larger slices. Great to use in seasoning blends, mixes, or in any dish that calls for mushrooms. Our mushrooms are so low in moisture content, you can easily pulse them in a food processor to achieve the exact size desired.
