Sweet & Spicy Pineapple Taco Topping

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried pineapple dices (lightly rehydrated)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Squeeze of lime

Instructions

Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes to absorb flavors.
Spoon over grilled chicken or veggie tacos.
