A good source of protein! Our JAR contains a FULL QUART of fresh product. Pinto bean flakes make delicious refried beans. Still precooked & dehydrated, our NEW bean flakes are lightly salted and ready to eat almost immediately! Just add one part boiling water to 1.5 parts product, cover and let sit for 3-5 minutes. That's it!
