We currently offer USPS Priority shipping or FEDEX shipping options. We have negotiated discount rates with our carriers and are happy to pass these savings on to you. You will be notified via E-Mail when a tracking number becomes available.
FOR WHOLESALE & LARGE ORDERS: If you are ordering over 200 lbs. or $500, please call our customer service department to see what other shipping alternatives are available. In most cases we can quote a better rate than our automatic online pricing.
(NOTE: Some shipping options are available to the lower 48 only. For Alaska, Hawaii, and International Rates see below.)
We normally process orders the same day they are placed (M-F). Weekend orders will be processed on Monday.
Addresses located geographically in the EAST will expect delivery within
1-5 business days after the order is placed while those in the WEST can expect
delivery within 3-10 business days if the Flat Rate or Free Shipping options
are selected. If you select USPS Priority when checking out you will have
your order in 1-3 business days. If you select Fedex 2Day, and order
before noon, your order will arrive in 2 business days. If you select
Fedex Overnight, and order before noon, you will have your shipment the next
day. Orders shipped to Alaska may take up to 14 business days to arrive
if you select parcel shipping.
EXPRESS & OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS:
If you need EXPRESS shipping options, please make sure to make that selection during the checkout process. The cutoff time for same day express shipping is 12 Noon (M-Th) & 11am (Fri). Requests after this time will ship the following day. If you live in a high risk area you may wish to request "Signature Requested" service to ensure the safe delivery of your package. Otherwise we will assume it is safe to leave the package in the usual delivery area of your home, such as the front porch. Once your package has been safely delivered by the carrier we cannot accept further responsibility. If you have any other special shipping requirements, please contact us for those arrangements. POST OFFICE BOX SHIPPING:
We are able to ship to Post Office boxes, if that is your preference. If you want us to do this, you must select the USPS PRIORITY shipping method when checking out, otherwise your order will be delayed while we contact you to collect the additional charges incurred for priority shipping.
We are glad to ship APO for standard USPS PRIORITY rates. Simply call our Toll Free number to order, or make sure to input the proper APO abbreviation in the state code field (AA, AE, AP).
ALASKA & HAWAII:
We fully understand the high costs to ship packages to Alaska and Hawaii. Seeing that we cannot use our special pricing with Fedex Home Delivery to deliver your order, we are limited to using the US Postal Service for deliveries. For Hawaii customers, there is just one option--USPS PRIORITY. For Alaska customers, there are two options--USPS PRIORITY & PARCEL SELECT. To make it as cost effective as possible, we only charge the actual delivery charges we pay, and do not ask you to pay additional handling charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:Harmony House Foods, Inc. has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to GlobalShopex for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. GlobalShopex will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. All of our products ship directly from our climate-controlled facilities in North Carolina.
NOTE: During current conditions we are unable to accept any returns. Product deemed defective will be quickly and cheerfully replaced. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee will still be honored.
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind in trying our products. We want you to give them a try! However, please keep the following in mind when ordering. We cannot accept returns on Jars (unless a ZIP Size is not available), Jugs, Bulk Boxes, Wholesale Boxes, multiple quantities of the same item, or Special Orders unless the product is deemed defective. If you would like to test an item that is new to you, we encourage you to purchase a smaller quantity or size first. We have a variety of "Samplers" available for this purpose. Also, please inspect your package immediately after its arrival. Due to the sensitive nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on products after 15 days. If you receive a substandard or damaged shipment, we will always make every effort to correct the problem promptly to your satisfaction and at no cost to you. Please contact customer service for assistance with all returns. Legitimately placed orders that are refused or undeliverable will be charged to and from postage plus a 15% inspection and restocking fee if accepted for return.
