News: Harmony House Has a New Home

Since Harmony House was first founded, our business has grown from our family kitchen into an industrial size production facility. The Harmony House story began in 2004 when we first started selling dried beans and soup mixes. Increasing demand from hikers, backpackers, RV owners, boaters, and other hungry adventurers, led us to begin selling an increasingly wider variety of dried beans, fruits, and veggies. Over the years, Harmony House has become known as a seller and distributor of the highest quality dehydrated foods all across the United States (and internationally too). Now, we are excited to announce that we are about to grow again, this time adding 32,000 sq. ft. of production space. We offer thanks to our loyal customers who have helped us achieve so much in such a short period of time.

We’ve never lost our commitment to selling the freshest, all-natural, non-GMO dried fruits and vegetables. Whether you are buying food supplies for the trail or quick and healthy ingredients for dinners for your family, we are grateful for your business and, in return, we are happy to grow to serve you better in the future. 

Though we are moving part of our operation into a larger production facility, we are not changing towns. Our additional space is just up the road from our current space in Franklin, NC. We love our home here in Franklin, just a stone’s throw away from the Appalachian Trail and many other beautiful outdoor recreation places. In fact, many AT “Thru-Hikers” and other dehydrated food fans have asked us if we have a brick and mortar store where they can visit us to fill their food bags and resupply boxes. We don’t yet, but our hope is that the additional space in our new facility will allow us to open a company store sometime in the near future. We will offer more news on this front as it develops.
