Dehydrated Black Bean & Sweet Corn Tacos

Instructions

Rehydrate the beans, corn, tomatoes and onions in hot water. In a skillet, cook the rehydrated mix with chili boost seasoning until heated through. Serve in warm corn tortillas. Top with avocado, salsa and a squeeze of lime! 

Tip: Add our dehydrated Jalapeño Dices for a kick! 

Spicy Southwest Quinoa Salad

Rehydrate veggies and beans while quinoa cooks. Toss everything in a large bowl with olive oil, lime juice and spices. Chill and serve topped with cilantro. 

Bonus: Perfect as a side or a light, protein-packed main! 

Creamy Vegan Enchilada Casserole 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Harmony House Dehydrated Pinto Bean Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Harmony House Tomato Powder 
  • 1/4 cup Harmony House Dehydrated Onion 
  • Corn tortillas 
  • Vegan cheese (optional) 
  • Cumin, garlic powder, chili powder 

Instructions

Mix rehydrated beans, tomato powder (with water), onions and spices into a saucy filling. In a baking dish, layer tortillas and filling like a lasagna. Top with extra sauce and vegan cheese. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.  

Tip: Top with fresh avocado and chopped green onion before serving.
