Excellent for backpackers, RV'ers, or for your cupboard! Our Tomato Dices are processed from mature, harvest red tomatoes. One pound of Tomato Dices equals four pounds of fresh. You never have to worry about finding a rotten tomato in the refrigerator right in the middle of cooking. Just add a spoonful or two of fresh Tomato Dices to your soups, stews, or other dishes to add the smooth, fresh taste of homegrown tomatoes anytime. Use what you need and store the rest for later.

The smell was so incredibly fresh when I opened the bag, youd believe I had just picked them from a garden and dried them myself the day before. I’m delighted with the quality and this site, which includes full nutritional breakdown of every item. I had a creamy chicken florentine dish I was making that has a heavy cream sauce that I didn’t want too badly discolored. Not only was this the perfect solution to add some yummy tomato, but they tasted so good with the sauce. They have some of the sweet tartness a sun dried tomato has but not overly so, so they are tasty eating right out of the bag too. Today I combined them with some of their dried spinach flakes to make a tasty omelette. Again the tomatoes were perfect in that and didn’t add more moisture like a fresh tomato would have.
