Dried Mushrooms, Bits & Pieces (24 oz)

Love these! I have been using the dried sliced and also pieces of mushrooms in my home kitchen for several years now. These are much more convenient than fresh mushrooms and can be used directly in moist cooked foods without pre-soaking. I use them in pretty much all ground meat dishes and anything that includes mixed vegetables. My family is not that fond of mushrooms; the slices are very thin and the bits just disappear. Mushrooms slow the growth of bacteria in food, making for safer leftovers. This is one of the few products I've used that works great and saves money!
