Great for soups!
I was surprised at how good the cabbage is! It's great for adding to soups, and I like to mix a little in when making meatloaf for added fiber and nutrition. You only need to add a little bit because it expands so much when rehydrated. This was my first experience using dehydrated veggies in cooking and it's great!

just me
Well folks, I am impressed. I do dehydrating myself and your cabbage is so much better - I'm almost envious! It tastes fantastic and you can't tell the difference between the fresh and your dried. It works great in my soups and stews. It also grinds well for thickner and flavor! Thanks for such a quality product!
