Our JUG SIZE contains a FULL GALLON (16 Cups) of fresh product! Excellent for backpackers, RV'ers, or for your cupboard! We introduce our little "secret" to making great tasting vegetarian dishes. A textured protein that is ALL VEGETABLE provides substance and taste to your favorite recipes. Use our "Hamish Bits" as you would bacon bits. Put it directly in gravy, stews, or other dishes that are being cooked. It tastes great in gravy poured over biscuits! You can also rehydrate it in a small amount of hot water for 5-7 minutes, drain, and use on pizza. This is a MUST HAVE for any vegetarian kitchen!

Super Wife
My husband and I are both VERY southern, and are accustomed to seasoning our vegies with fatback or ham hock. But.. as age has creeped in, we are forced to consider fat and cholesterol... I have been using the hammish bits to season my vegies for the last couple of years -- and NO ONE has been able to tell the difference... Once cooked, the hammish bits have the same taste and texture of diced ham... Perfect in string beans, butter beans, cabbage, and more!!!
