COST:
We currently charge a Flat Rate $7.95 shipping fee for orders between $0-99. Orders of $99 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING! Most orders under 3 lbs. will ship via PRIORITY. Orders over 3 lbs. will usually be shipped FEDEX GROUND. You will be notified via E-Mail when a tracking number becomes available.
(NOTE: Shipping rates apply to the lower 48 only. For Alaska, Hawaii, and International Rates see below.)
PROCESSING:
We normally process orders the same day they are placed (M-F). Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. Our ordering line is open 24 HOURS A DAY Sunday - Thursday for your convenience.
DELIVERY TIME:
Addresses located geographically in the EAST will expect delivery within 2-3 business days after the order is placed, while those in the WEST can expect delivery within 4-5 business days.
EXPRESS & OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS:
If you need EXPRESS shipping options, please make sure to make that selection during the checkout process. The cutoff time for same day express shipping is 12 NOON. Requests after this time will ship the following day. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact us for those arrangements. POST OFFICE BOX SHIPPING:
We are able to ship to Post Office boxes, if that is your preference. If you want us to do this, you must select the USPS PRIORITY shipping method when checking out, otherwise your order will be delayed while we contact you to collect the additional charges incurred for priority shipping.
APO SHIPPING:
We are glad to ship APO for standard USPS PRIORITY rates. Simply call our Toll Free number to order, or make sure to input the proper APO abbreviation in the state code field (AA, AE, AP).
ALASKA, HAWAII, & CANADA:
Due to variations in weight & size, our computer systems cannot automatically calculate the best shipping rate to Alaska, Hawaii, & Canada. If you are unsatisfied with the shipping price in the shopping cart, please contact customer service and we will give you a customized shipping quote. Thank you.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS:
All of our products ship directly from our climate-controlled facilities in North Carolina.
RETURNS:
If you receive a substandard or damaged shipment, we will make every effort to correct the problem promptly to your satisfaction, and at no cost to you. If a product is not what you expected, we will issue a prompt refund (see note below). Please contact customer service for assistance. Legitimately placed orders that are refused will be charged to and from postage plus a 15% inspection and restocking fee. Returns received after 60 days of order placement will receive store credit.
NOTE: We cannot accept returns on opened Jugs or Bulk Boxes unless the product is defective. If you would like to test an item that is new to you, please purchase a smaller size first.
