Dehydrated Bell Peppers

Do you want to enjoy the aromatic taste of bell peppers year round? Try our premium dried bell peppers! Fresh peppers begin to wrinkle and become soft in your refrigerator within days, but dried peppers have a long shelf life and can last for months and years! Our jar and jug sizes will fit perfectly on your pantry shelf and are packaged in BPA free containers.

Our customers love the fact that our products are always made from the freshest ingredients, are guaranteed free of heavy metals and pesticides, are non-GMO, and are so easy to store and use! Put a pep in your step with these dried bell peppers!

Why Use Our Dehydrated Bell Peppers?

The vibrant red and green of dried peppers not only add loads of flavor and nutrition to your savory dishes, but also a pop of color! Use them to replace fresh peppers in most recipes such as dips, soups and sauces. It may surprise you to find that these Central and South America natives are, pound for pound, higher in levels of Vitamin C than most citrus fruits!

Ever wonder what the difference is between a red and green bell pepper? Red bell peppers are a more mature version of a green bell pepper. As the pepper ages, its strong flavor becomes sweeter and milder and the nutrient levels increase. A red bell pepper can have 10 times the amount of beta-carotene as compared to a green bell pepper! While green peppers have a stronger flavor, the sweeter red peppers contain higher levels of vitamins and nutrients, making them the perfect duo.

Dehydrated Vegetables

Once you try our dried bell peppers, why not try some of our other dehydrated and freeze-dried fruits and vegetables? We offer vegetable soup mix, tomato powder, potatoes, freeze-dried corn, cherries, strawberries -and the list goes on! You'll never be hungry again on those camping trips or cold winter nights.

The delicious fresh garden taste of dehydrated vegetables and dried bell peppers will soon become your favorite kitchen staple. Whether you're are out on the trail, wintering in Alaska, or simply tired of chopping and dicing, Harmony House Foods is here to save you time and energy while helping you make the choices that will lead to a happy healthy life!
